Fraudster Alert

We’ve received reports of fraudsters calling members and falsely displaying our credit union’s name and number on caller ID. These scammers pretend to be our staff and attempt to gain access to your digital banking credentials or personal information.

Please remember: We will never call you to ask for your online banking username, password, or verification codes. If you receive a call like this, hang up immediately and contact us directly using the phone number listed on our website or your account statements.

Here’s how to protect yourself:

  • Do not share your login information with anyone over the phone.
  • Be cautious of urgent-sounding requests or threats to your account.
  • Use multi-factor authentication whenever possible.
  • If you’re unsure whether a call is legitimate, hang up and call us directly.

If you believe you may have shared sensitive information, contact us immediately.
