- Phone: Call 1-800-359-1939 to talk to a Member Center specialist Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Friday 8 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Saturday 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CT. For loan related inquires, select Option 2 to speak to our Lending Center.
