[30 minutes] Book an hour-long session and our expert will walk you through the entire process from application to ID verification, account funding, and getting started with our mobile banking app. NOTE: The appointment might not take the full hour; booking this slot gives you the option to use the full hour if needed.
  • Want help completing an application you started online? [30 minutes] Our experts can help you take your next steps if you already completed an online application and want to continue the journey. These meetings typically last 30 minutes.
  • Are you an existing member looking to open a new account? [30 minutes] We can help with that too! Book a session with our experts and get help opening a new savings account, loan, credit card, or other product or service that intersts you. These meetings typically last 30 minutes.

Meet Your Onboarding Specialists

  • Abe: I'm here to help you get your financial engine humming. I have been in the financial field for 15 years and I enjoy building one membership at a time. I would love to help you watch your money grow by investing in our share certificates or our IRAS along with the many other products and services that we have. Let me be the first to welcome you to the Alero family and help you exceed your goals.
  • Carrie: I've been in the customer service field for decades. Over the last 10 years at Alero I have held many roles. I started taking incoming calls in the Member Center, moved to assisting members with teller transactions via our Personal Teller Machines, worked as the administrative assistant at our Administrative Office and am currently one of the Digital Onboarding Specialists on the eServices team. I enjoy helping people with their tasks and goals and I find it very satisfying to help people with their financial journeys.
  • Ana: With three decades of customer service experience, I've' demonstrated a consistent ability to build strong client relationships both internally and externally, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver customer satisfaction across various industries.
