Follow one of these options to make a payment now:

Click the "Make a Payment" button below.
Log into Online Account Access and select “Transfer & Pay" and then "Swivel Pay”.
Call 1-800-359-1939, option 5 for "other services" and then option 1 to make an unassisted payment over the phone.

*Payments made by 8:00 p.m. CT, on a business day, it will be posted the same day. Payments after 8:00 p.m. CT, or on a non-business day, will be posted the next business day. There is a convenience fee of $10 per requested payment. Payments must be a minimum of $1.00 or a maximum of $2,500.

Frequently Asked Swivel Pay Questions:

A: A member can make an unassisted payment by calling 1-800-359-1939 and choosing option 5 for other services and then option 1 for Swivel Pay. They can also pay online by clicking the "Make a Payment" button above or logging into Online Account Access and selecting "Swivel Pay" under the eServices menu. These options are available 24/7.
A: All Alero loans can be paid through Swivel Pay, including mortgages.
A: A cost of $10 per item will be added to your authorized payment.
A: If the payment is made by 8:00 p.m. CT, on a business day, it will be posted the same day. If made after 8:00 p.m. CT, or on a non-business day, it will be posted the next business day.
A: Debit Card, Electronic Check (ACH), ATM Card
A: For a Checking or Savings account ACH payment, the funds will be taken out the next business day.

For a Debit or ATM card payment, the funds will be taken out the same day.

An Electronic Check (ACH) can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance for your payment.
A: The system is requesting the ZIP Code associated with your card. If the ZIP Code is still not accepted, you should get in touch with your financial institution.
