Whenever you contact us, you can receive a push notification directly to your phone to confirm your identity. All members that have downloaded our app and enabled push notifications may use this service.

No, it's an optional free service for our mobile banking users. We encourage our members to enable for a quicker and more secure identity verification when contacting our member center.
Yes, as long as your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi and you have enabled push notifications.
Let us know immediately so we can temporarily disable Digital ID.
You will be prompted with a Digital ID request automatically within our mobile app upon your second time logging in. If you chose not to opt in, you have the option of enrolling for Digital ID at any time from the mobile app’s settings. Push notifications must be enabled to use this feature.
